ONGC - MRPL International Kite Festival will be held at Panambur Sea Shore at Mangalore on 19th & 20th of January 2008. i.e. on Saturday and Sunday evenings between 2pm to 8pm on both the days. Mangalore the coastal town is on the south west coast of India about 350 kms to the south of Goa. It is well connected by Air, Train and Road, It is in the State of Karnataka bordering the Kerala State. Daily direct flights from Mumbai and Bangalore, Trains from Mumbai connect the city
